During our consultation today, I would like to highlight a few key aspects that are essential to strengthen your research proposal. First, ensure that your research problem is clearly defined, relevant, and supported by recent literature. Next, your research objectives and questions should be specific, measurable, and aligned with your problem statement. It's also important to establish a clear conceptual or theoretical framework to guide your study and justify your chosen variables. Please pay attention to scope and limitations, so your study remains focused and achievable. Lastly, consider the significance of your research, particularly its potential contributions to theory, practice, or policy. I encourage you to ask questions and seek clarification throughout our session so we can refine and improve your proposal together.

The checklist before our meeting begin 

• Prepare your research framework in one of the following formats such as PowerPoint slides, Poster or Table or visual diagram

• State your main theory clearly and explain how it supports your framework.

• All group members must attend the consultation session. Attendance is compulsory.

• Each group is given 20 minutes to present and receive feedback.

• Be prepared to explain your research problem, objectives, research framework and proposed methodology during the session.
